A partnership between Estadão, Austin Rating and Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) recognize the 1,500 largest companies in the country
The Estadão has just published the 2022 edition of the Empresas Mais ranking, in partnership with Austin Rating and Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA). This is a survey that evaluates the performance of Brazilian companies, which stood out according to the Estadão/FIA Impact Coefficient (CIE). The index is the result of the crossing of information related to the size and financial performance of each company in its respective sector. Thus, the ranking positions companies according to the respective CIE index. In all, 1,500 companies are listed, distributed in 22 sectors of the economy.
In the overall listing, Tanac ranks 839th. The result shows a growth of the southern company that, in the previous edition of the ranking, appeared in 905th position – rising 66 positions. Tanac also saw its net earnings increase, totaling R$ 669,192 million – representing a 106% increase over the previous edition of the survey.
Considered the most complete business ranking in the country, Estadão Mais uses data such as revenue, assets and Ebitda of companies, which are evaluated within a five-year timeline, which allows a consistent analysis of the recent trajectory of each company and also of the different segments.
