Internationally recognized certification was developed to ensure the safety of feed
Tanac has just gone through another international certification process. The company has just been certified with the GMP+ FSA – a documental scheme of European origin, developed to ensure the safety of feed. GMP+ FSA is based on ISO quality management requirements, with the integration of requirements that ensure feed safety, including Good Manufacturing Practices and a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
With this, Tanfeed – an additive focused at animal feed, developed by Tanac from the bark extract of the Black Wattle tree – gains even more credibility in the national and international market, by meeting the standards and requirements demanded by the certification.
The recognition reinforces Tanac’s positioning in the market as a company committed to food safety, in compliance with regulations and maintaining transparency throughout its production chain. On the market since 2018, Tanfeed is a natural flavoring and contains at least 70% of condensed tannins, which are polyphenols. It has characteristics of aroma enhancement, acting in the stimulus to food consumption in all phases in the diet of swine, poultry, beef cattle and dairy cattle, sheep, fish and shrimp.
